Dr. Amanda Chow is a Senior Resident in Orthopaedics at the University Hospital of the West Indies (UWI) and the Kingston Public Hospital in Jamaica. She holds an MBBS degree from the University of Guyana, where she cultivated a strong foundation in the medical sciences and patient care. She is a resident member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS), and the Jamaica Association of Sports Medicine (JASM). Her primary areas of interest include lower limb reconstruction and Arthroplasty with a focus on restoring function and improving the quality of life for patients throughout the Caribbean. Beyond her medical career, she is an avid sports enthusiast, who enjoys playing squash, pickleball and table tennis.
